Judy Murray to host Scottish School Magazine Awards PDF Print E-mail
Former Scottish National Tennis Coach Judy Murray – the mother of tennis stars Andy and Jamie – will host a special awards ceremony in Edinburgh recognising and rewarding young creative magazine talent.

Judy will bring a special buzz to the annual Scottish School Magazine Awards Ceremony, which will be held at Our Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh on Friday 18 June.

“I am delighted to be taking part in the Scottish School Magazine Awards Ceremony which is a unique opportunity to showcase great teamwork and endeavour – two vital components in the hard road to success,” said Judy.

Short-listed students from 24 secondary schools across Scotland will join magazine publishers, industry suppliers, university representatives and MSPs. Keith Brown MSP, the Minister for Skills & Lifelong Learning, is guest of honour.
